SME2HK (852.ai) helps you keep company records, receive deadline reminders, and do bookkeeping. By signing in and using the service you agree to these terms.
Not professional advice
SME2HK is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not an accounting firm, company secretary or tax adviser. Automatically extracted fields, computed deadlines and generated forms are best-effort pre-fills — always check them before relying on them or filing anything. You remain responsible for your company's statutory obligations.
Your account and content
- You must only upload documents and connect accounts you are entitled to use.
- You are responsible for who you share auditor links with; anyone with the link can read that company's year-end files until it expires or is revoked.
- Keep your Google account secure — it is your sign-in.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no abuse of the document-reading endpoints (rate limits apply).
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
