SME2HK is a back office for small and medium companies in Hong Kong and beyond. It keeps a company's registered details in one place, watches the statutory calendar, and takes the manual typing out of bookkeeping.

What it does

• Companies — registered details pre-filled by reading your BR certificate and Certificate of Incorporation (or, outside Hong Kong, your company registration document), bank accounts, and the full document history.
• Reminders — annual return (NAR1), profits tax return and employer's return deadlines created automatically for Hong Kong companies, plus your own reminders, delivered by web push or SMS.
• Bookkeeping — invoices, receipts and spreadsheets read automatically; bank statements imported line by line; Stripe transactions synced with a read-only key; files pulled straight from Google Drive.
• Auditor access — a read-only link for your auditor with the year's files and numbers, expiring automatically.
• NAR1 preparation — this year's annual return form filled from last year's filed copy.
